  • Peer Support & Mentorship – Positive, relatable guidance from mentors with lived experience

  • Supported Independent Living (SIL) – 24/7 or drop-in support in a shared or individual living environment, tailored to your needs

Allied Health

Our Allied Health professionals work collaboratively to support your physical, emotional, and developmental wellbeing. We provide outcome-focused therapies tailored to your goals and daily living needs.

Our Allied Health services include:

  • Personal Training – Personalised movement and exercise programs designed by qualified professionals to improve strength, mobility, and overall health

  • Nutrition Support – Guidance on healthy eating, meal planning, and lifestyle habits to support overall wellbeing and daily function

  • Registered Nursing – Clinical care and health support including medication management, wound care, and chronic condition monitoring

  • Physiotherapy – Improve strength, mobility, and function through hands-on therapy and movement programs

  • Occupational Therapy (OT) – Support for daily tasks, independence, home modifications, and assistive technology

  • Speech Pathology – Help with communication, language, swallowing, and mealtime support

  • Psychology & Counselling – Emotional wellbeing, behaviour management, and mental health support

Support Coordination

We directly provide Support Coordination to help participants confidently navigate their NDIS journey. Our role is to guide, simplify, and support every step of the way.

Our Support Coordination Services include (Level 1 & 2):

✔ Understand and implement your plan
✔ Connect with the right supports and services
✔ Coordinate appointments and manage bookings
✔ Monitor progress and assist with plan reviews
✔ Ongoing guidance, advice, and problem-solving

For participants with complex needs, we provide high-level support to manage challenges and ensure stability (Level 3).

✔ Crisis planning and high-risk support
✔ Coordinate multiple or intensive services
✔ Advocate for your needs across systems
✔ Focus on safety, stability, and long-term outcomes
